Risk disclosure

This page is not hidden in the footer and it is not set in fine print. In a market where everyone shows only their wins, the fact that this is readable is part of the point.

What leverage does

TradeYar signals are executed with leverage, and leverage magnifies losses by exactly the same factor as gains. That is not a platitude, it is arithmetic: at 15× a 7% adverse move wipes out the whole margin on that position; at 25× the same thing happens on a 4% move.

The less-discussed consequence is that higher leverage moves the liquidation price closer to entry — so even when the analysis is right, the position can be closed before it reaches its target, and even before it reaches its stop.

Market volatility

Bitcoin and altcoins can move 20% or more within minutes. Spreads widen at those moments and a stop can fill with slippage, at a worse price than the one set. No risk-management system removes this; it can only reduce it.

Exchange risk

Your assets are held at the exchange, not by us. Hacks, withdrawal freezes, insolvency or a delisting can cost you funds and are outside our control. Keep only the capital you need for trading at the exchange.

VIP membership requires a balance of at least 50 USDT in your own exchange account. It is not paid to TradeYar and we cannot access it — but, as above, money held at any exchange carries that exchange's risk.

Software and connectivity risk

No trading bot is error-free. An outage, an exchange API error, a rate limit or a bug can delay, mis-execute or skip a trade. A concrete example: LBank API keys are IP-whitelisted, so moving our server halts automated execution until the key is re-authorised.

Past performance

Our record is public and includes the losing trades — which is what you should be checking. But a past win rate, however large the sample it was measured on, guarantees nothing. Market regimes change, and a strategy that worked in one may not work in the next.

Whose decision it is

Every signal, analysis, lesson and figure published here is information and education, not investment advice. The trading decision and its outcome are yours, as is compliance with the tax and regulatory rules of your jurisdiction.

The short version

You may lose everything you put in. Do not trade with money you need for living expenses, rent, medical costs or debt.

This page says what we do not guarantee. The record page says what actually happened — every closed trade, wins and losses alike.
